Three Steps to Mobile Access
Getting in on your phone takes three moves. Open the current site address in your mobile browser rather than a saved link from a messaging group, because those copies go stale. Sign in with your username and password, then clear the one-time code we send to your registered number — that code is what confirms it is really you. If your browser
keeps logging you out, allow cookies for the site and switch off data-saving mode, since both break the session. There is nothing to sideload for this to work; the lobby runs in the browser you already have.
- Open the current site — Type the address yourself or use the link on this page. Links forwarded through chat groups age quickly, and an old copy can fail to load the lobby.
- Check your browser — Chrome, Safari, Edge and Samsung Internet handle the lobby when they are up to date; an outdated build is the usual reason buttons stop responding.
- Sign in with your code — Your username plus a one-time code on your registered Malaysian number confirms the login, after which you can set fingerprint unlock on a supported handset.
- Confirm build status — No store listing or file to sideload is assumed here. If a native build becomes available for your device, the news goes up on this page and in live chat.
